3D Scanning Certification & Industry Readiness Program

3D Scan Master Certification is a 12-month program designed to mold, mentor, and mobilize graduates of the 3D Scanning Masterclass and other skilled practitioners, into production-ready professionals. Whether you’re sharpening existing skills or transitioning into real-world scanning roles, this program bridges the gap between training and practical industry application.  Existing Masterclass students are eligible for a $500 discount, and all new students will be admitted to the 3D Scanning Masterclass for free as a part of their enrollment.

Participants will be evaluated, mentored, and certified across key domains of 3D scanning workflows, including photogrammetry, LiDAR, structured light, and virtual production pipelines. The curriculum emphasizes:

• Portfolio Review & Mentorship: One-on-one coaching to refine technical proficiency, artistic judgment, and production workflow alignment.
• Monthly Private Sessions:  1 hour of private tutoring/consulting per month to work through projects or get real-world advice from an industry veteran.
• Studio Standards Training:  Earn credentials validating your expertise in photogrammetry, LiDAR, structured light scanning, drone capture, and VFX data prep.
• Studio Production Standards:  Learn production etiquette, data handling, confidentiality, and cross-departmental collaboration with the knowledge these are critical skills demanded by top studios.
• Real-World Simulations: Hands-on assignments based on actual studio requirements, location challenges, and theoretical client briefs.
• Quarterly Live Webinars: Stay sharp and connected with quarterly webinars featuring workflow breakdowns, Q&A sessions, case studies, and guest speakers from top studios.
• On-Location Events & Field Seminars: Students are eligible for a 50% discount at live scanning events on location to gain practical experience under real conditions.
• Contract Opportunities: Graduates will be eligible for referral to short-term and long-term scanning contracts through an internal network.
